Scope and contact
This page supplements our Privacy policy for information handled through loopyfeed.com and its business inquiries. It explains rights where the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK data protection law applies. Individual products have separate privacy notices.

Rights you may exercise
- Access: Ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy and information about its use.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete relevant missing information.
- Deletion: Ask us to erase information where the law provides that right.
- Restriction: Ask us to limit processing in qualifying circumstances.
- Portability: Request eligible information you provided in a reusable electronic format where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract.
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for a use that relies on it. This does not change the lawfulness of use before withdrawal.
Rights have conditions and exceptions. For example, we may need to retain information to meet a legal obligation or address a legal claim. We will explain an applicable reason if we cannot fulfill a request in full.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your circumstances. We must assess that objection under the applicable rules. You can always object to use of your personal information for direct marketing. This website does not currently operate a marketing mailing list.
Making a request
Describe what you would like us to do and the information or correspondence involved. Use the email address you previously contacted us from where possible. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or clarify the request. Please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate method.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law, normally within one month. If a permitted extension is necessary, we will explain the reason and revised timing. Requests are normally free; any lawful exception will be explained.
Complaints
You can contact us about a privacy concern and can also complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the EEA, this may be the authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. UK concerns can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to contact us first to exercise your right to complain.
